Avalara AvaTax Tax Level

Standard JD Edwards functionality will allow EnterpriseOne user to choose to calculate tax at the order level or line level. However, when Avalara AvaTax Connector is ACTIVE both Avalara AvaTax and JD Edwards must be configured to tax at the line level. When Avalara AvaTax is active tax calculation at the order level is not supported.

Fast path to P0022 (Work with Tax Rules) and make sure taxing is set to line level. Sales Order Taxes at Order Level checkbox is not marked.

Next, login to Avalara AvaTax Administrator Console and manage your Avalara AvaTax account. Ensure that the rounding rule is set to line level.
