The Puerto Rico Vendor Withholding Solution addresses the localization requirements for the country of Puerto Rico to conduct withholding on account payment vendor payments based on the regulatory guidelines.  Premier's solution is available for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and World customers using the Financial Management modules.
