IDEX Health and Science provides parts and subassemblies for the health and science technology market, including analytical instruments and optical technologies. Due to their customers' need for thorough, detailed information about their products, IDEX H&S had a large library of helpful content and resources that needed to be easily accessible for their customers. They also had several websites and an Adobe Commerce Magento ecommerce platform they wanted to consolidate to improve their customer experience.
