Shopping Cart is Not Showing the Changes


In some cases, it has been reported that when products are added or removed from the shopping cart, the shopping cart page does not refresh these changes. When this case occurs, we recommend making the change so that the page does not have a cache.

Follow the steps to configure No Cache in Shopping cart page.

  1. Open the Sitefinity Backend, and log in using an Administrator Account.
  2. Navigate to Pages.
  3. In the Page grid, search the Shopping cart Page and click the Actions » Title & Properties.
  4. Expand the Advanced options section.
  5. In Caching options dropdown box, set the No Caching option.

6. Click Save.
