WorkSpace Settings
Workspace settings contol various aspects of how your workspace performs.
Hosted Mode Processing Only
Workspace Settings > Basic
When checked transactions will be processed in Hosted Pages only. When uncheck (legacy) CPK functionality will be enabled.
Include Test Data in Charts
Workspace Settings > Basic
Determines if test transactions should be included in charts or not. For example, Payment Dashboard can show test and live transaction data (checked) or only live transaction data (unchecked).
Number of retries when Gateway request fails
Workspace Settings > Basic
If for any reason communication cannot be established or maintained (for example during settlement) this setting determines how many retries will be attempted before ending the attempt. The maximum number of retries is 3.
Delay in seconds between retries
Workspace Settings > Basic
The number of seconds the system will wait be attempting a retry. Maximum value is 5 seconds.
Default Order Payment Document Expiration
Workspace Settings > Basic
The number of days the Authorize by Email invitation will remain valid.
Default Invoice Payment Document Expiration
Workspace Settings > Basic
The number of days the Pay Invoices by Email invitation will remain valid.
Unprocessed Pay by Message Documents Retention Threshold (Days)
Workspace Settings > Basic
Unprocessed Authorize by Email or Pay Invoice by Email invitation will be deleted once the specified number of days is reached.
Allow Customers to Save ACH Account Information
Workspace Settings > Basic
Determines if the user will be able to save bank account information on file for future use.
Allow Customers to Save CreditCard Information
Workspace Settings > Basic
Determines if the user will be able to save credit card information on file for future use.
ACH Standard Entry Class Code for Individuals
Workspace Settings > Basic
An SEC code is a three letter code that describes how a payment was authorized by the consumer or business receiving an ACH transaction. Available options are WEB or CCD (Please note additional fees may be incurred using SEC WEB) for Authorize/Pay by Email. Before making a selection please verify you are authorized to use that SEC code. This information is available in Dex for your location.

Virtual Terminal Shipping Address Required
Workspace Settings > Basic > Virtual Terminal
Determines if the Shipping Address will be required when entering Payment Processing Console Virtual Terminal transactions.
Virtual Terminal Billing Address Required
Workspace Settings > Basic > Virtual Terminal
Determines if the Billing Address will be required when entering Payment Processing Console Virtual Terminal transactions.
Email Addresses for Virtual Terminal Notifications
Workspace Settings > Basic > Virtual Terminal
Email addresses (separated by semicolon) that will receive notifications send when using the Payment Processing Console Virtual Terminal.
Billing Country Payment Restrictions
Workspace Settings > Basic > Billing Country Payment Restrictions
Allows you, for all transactions, a mechanism to restrict payment processing for specific countries. This is part of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) best practices. Once activated you will be able to specify a default billing country, a billing country restriction mode, and specify the country codes (either restricted or allowed).
